Dear E-Postal Patron,

SendStuffHere.com was created as a way to help me deal with the deluge of unsolicited commercial e-mail I am soon to be receiving after MailBlocks, who was acquired by AOL, discontinued their service.

MailBlocks was a spam blocking service that used a challenge/response method to block automated spam.

I found it to a be a very effective service and as such I developed a carefree attitude when it came to divulging my e-mail address. After all, this really wasn't an issue until MailBlocks announced the discontinuation of their service. Now all that spam that has been kept out of my inbox for the last couple of years is due to make a return.

In response to this I've elected to create a new domain that will house multiple e-mail addresses.

In most instances, each point of contact will have a unique e-mail address. This will not only allow for "throw-away" addresses but should also identify sites which possibly are divulging my address.

All of these e-mail addresses will be forwarded to a single address. Should one of the e-mail addresses become compromised, including the forwarding address, it will allow me the opportunity to modify/delete that e-mail address without impacting the other points of contact.

It is my belief that the amount of time invested in managing multiple e-mail accounts will still be significantly less than having to wade through an inbox filled with crap.
